Above: "The joy of movement" I think the commercial says. Really, life in the UK now is about patching oneself up before going back into the fray, because getting medical attention is virtually impossible.
Above: Breakfast every morning is porridge (of course) with blueberries & Canadian syrup. My Scottish grandfather would not approve. For him it had to be salt. (Of course).
